Paid gift funds are held for the recipient after Stripe confirms payment. If they do not have an account yet, we reserve the funds against their email. We also send them an activity gift email after payment.
How it works
Activity gift first, parent wallet second.
1. Enter the parent's email and optional activity gift details.
2. Select a preset amount or enter a custom amount.
3. Complete payment in Stripe Checkout.
4. Gift funds appear for the recipient after Stripe confirms payment.
5. Upward also sends the recipient an activity gift email.
