Is this for me?

For every place families bring their kids.

Parties are one part. Classes and courses, camps, drop-in visits, passes, orders and quotes all run on Upward too. Use the parts that fit how you work.

An 8-week wheel course, booked as one. Families pay online for all eight weeks, your site shows when only a few spots are left, and moving a class notifies the families booked on it.

A term of Tuesday classes. Skip the holiday dates when you set it up, and each family signs the waiver once for the whole term, not every week.

An instructor calls in sick. Log her time off and Upward lists each of her lessons with who's free to cover. You check the picks, then apply.

Cake orders without the sticky notes. Orders land on one pickups list, from getting it ready to ready to collect. A custom cake can go out as a quote with a deposit.

A quote request at 10 PM. Reply with a proposal, your price and a deposit. When the family accepts, it's a confirmed booking.

Saturdays booked by text message. Every booking lands in one place, with the family's contact details and what they've already paid.

Each person's regular hours and time off sit with them. Upward warns before you schedule someone who's away, and everyone gets their shifts in writing: assigned, moved or cancelled, with the time and the room. When an instructor is off sick, it lists each of her classes with who's free to cover, and you choose.

Questions owners ask.

Do I have to stop using my current tools?

No. Keep your website, your till and your current booking system, and start with one party or one class. You can add bookings you took elsewhere and still use their invitations, replies and waivers.

What do founding partners pay?

Founding partners pay no monthly fees, no subscriptions and no commission on their bookings. That covers what’s on this page: bookings, parties and invitations, your offer, staff and shifts, to-dos, your website and payments. Your payment provider’s usual processing fees apply.

How do payments work?

Connect the payment account you already have, or create one. Families pay you directly through it, and your provider pays out to your bank. For each party package or class you choose: paid in full online, a deposit, or paid at the venue. Upward takes no commission. Your provider’s usual processing fees apply.

What do we see about the families at a party?

For a party held with you, your team sees what it needs to run the day: who’s coming, adult and child counts, the responsible adult’s contact details and waiver status. Families who decline or haven’t replied aren’t named. You see how many saved and used your offer, and families who choose to hear from you join your list with their name and email.

Can my team use it too?

Yes. Invite the people who need the dashboard and give each one the access their job needs. Staff you only schedule can be added without a login, and they still get an email when they’re assigned or moved.
