For Venues

Keep your booking system. Add the celebration layer.

Upward gives birthday and milestone clients a free family-facing starter link for invitations, RSVPs, activity gifts, waiver handoff, opt-in follow-up leads, and future activity demand after the party.

Venue starter kit

One link for every party.

Works with your existing booking and POS stack

Parents can still reserve and pay through your current system. Upward handles the invitation, guest flow, gift fund, and lead consent layer around that booking, then helps turn the birthday moment into a reason to come back.

Starter links for party clients

Share a venue-specific link or QR-like starter card when a parent books or asks about a birthday. Their Upward celebration starts with your venue context already in place.

RSVP context before arrival

Parents manage guests in Upward, and venues get consent-safe party context without replacing the systems they already use for bookings or check-in.

Your waiver, your rules

Use your own waiver link, or mark waivers as not required. Upward routes guests to the process your venue already trusts.

Activity gifts create return visits

Friends and family can send activity gift funds connected to a child's celebration. Venues can make the next visit obvious with a clear offer for families who want to spend those funds on more play, lessons, or parties.

Opt-in follow-up leads

Guests only become venue leads when they explicitly ask for future updates or offers from your venue. That keeps marketing consent separate from ordinary RSVP attendance.

Works beside your operations stack

Keep your POS, booking calendar, payments, and lobby workflow. Upward handles the family-facing celebration layer around it.

How it works

A party handoff that does not disrupt operations.

1

Share your starter link

Add it to party emails, print it near the front desk, or send it after a parent reserves a birthday slot.

2

Parents create the celebration

The venue name, location, and party context are pre-filled so the invitation starts clean and accurate.

3

Guests RSVP and opt in

Guests can RSVP, send an activity gift, follow your waiver instructions, and choose whether to hear from your venue again.

4

Gift funds drive the next visit

After the party, parents have a reason to book another activity. A venue offer can help turn the celebration into repeat demand.

Common objections

Upward is not another venue operating system.

We already use Roller, BokiCore, or another venue platform.

Keep it. Upward is not your POS, booking calendar, payment terminal, or lobby check-in system. Upward sits before and around that flow as the family-facing celebration, RSVP, gifting, and lead layer.

We already have waivers.

Good. Upward does not write legal waiver templates. You link your existing waiver or mark waivers as not required, and Upward guides guests to your instructions during RSVP.

Will you email our customers?

Only when a guest explicitly opts in to future updates or offers from your venue. RSVP consent and marketing consent stay separate.

Do we need a technical integration?

No for launch. Start with a venue starter link and waiver URL. Deeper integrations can come later if they are worth the operational lift.

How is this different from RSVP and waiver software?

Upward connects the birthday invitation to activity gift funds and opt-in family follow-up. That gives venues a post-party demand channel, not just another checklist for the day of the event.

We are onboarding local play places, trampoline parks, studios, and activity providers that want to make birthdays easier for families and turn party traffic into repeat visits.
