Good. Upward does not write legal waiver templates. You link your existing waiver or mark waivers as not required, and Upward guides guests to your instructions during RSVP.
Will you email our customers?
Only when a guest explicitly opts in to future updates or offers from your venue. RSVP consent and marketing consent stay separate.
Do we need a technical integration?
No for launch. Start with a family setup link and waiver URL. Deeper integrations can come later if they are worth the operational lift.
